I was originally meant to speak to Black fathers healing from substance abuse but The Ancestors had other plans
As soon I landed Kyree informed me he no longer worked at Refined Life Solutions and the workshop tomorrow morning was in question
All I could do was surrender and part of that surrendering was feeling the shame and anger and yelling out WHY DO YOU HAVE ME HERE and WHAT IS MY PURPOSE
Kyree kept to his word (SALUTE CHIEF!) and partnered with his sister Kiyara to make what you just saw happen.
Everything about this journey was a ceremony in presence, breath and trust, breath and trust breath and trust (while trying to put the final touches on ONE LIFE)
There was a whole longer journey to this which I share about below in the 25 minute video on YouTube but I wanted to give you a quick snippet of what restoring the village looks like

I’m thankful to The Ancestors for bringing me to the children
A deep reminder of what this work is all about
THE NEXT 7 generations
I remembered a deep sense of purpose I’m still integrating standing in front of them pouring my heart out while also holding space for their truths to be heard
It’s about them
It’s about these special moments I met eye to eye with one of them and invited them to be heard and listened to, maybe deeply for the first time
