As always, I’m testing new ways to grow the village
tonight (Fri June 30), I will be hosting a virtual campfire on zoom with an emphasis on rest & play
We’ll kick off the campfire at 830pm EST and it will be 60 minutes - who knows maybe longer
I will bring us in with some music and breaths to bring in our inner child and then we’ll see what Spirit & The Ancestors have in store for us
Bring a photo of your inner child, a journal, crayons, paint, an instrument - anything that helps you cultivate a state of play
Bring also whatever plant medicine helps you too. It’s been a very full week so I will have a very full glass of red wine nearby
