My question always to God is - how can I be more of service? (make it feel like play too please!)
The best part of the healing journey is the more you heal your abandonment wounds the more your purpose comes through.
It becomes clearer overtime and it’s been becoming more clear for me.
With this new clarity, we’re refining our focus to support the HEALING FOR HEALTHY BLACK LOVE (specifically between Black men and women).
We’ve updated our app icon to the image above and also renamed the app to THE VILLAGE!

More of the interactive talks, guided meditations, and music will be intentionally created to support the growth of our collective healing journey to move from the individual to relational.
Healing focused on cultivating healthy platonic and romantic relationships.
Trauma happens in relationship so needs to be healed in relationship.
Healthy relationships challenge you yet more importantly nourish you.
Healthy relationships help you see the DIVINE within you.
Healthy relationships support your BLOSSOMing!
If we want to restore the village it begins with restoring the original village.

I’ve added a new 21-minute interactive talk called individual to relational healing.
The evolution of our collective healing is about moving from a individual practice (how do I heal my relationship with myself) to a relational practice (how do I heal my relationship with others to heal myself).
This talk is guided experience in how to begin to work with your nervous system and bring awareness to the nervous system of those around you.
Being able to begin to watch how your body responds in a given moment while watching someone else’s breath and body is JEDI level. I’m pretty good at it AND I’m aware it’s a lifetime skill to develop.
I’ll be giving some gems on this talk so get that journal, tissue box, and glass of water ready.
